For accounts tied to a legal entity, that organization owns the account. If the organization is not incorporated, ownership stays with the individual who signed up.

When a new Readinote account is created, the person who signs up is set as the primary Account Owner/Manager by default. This role can be reassigned, but unless there is no legal entity, the account and its data ultimately belong to the organization.
