If you are ever unhappy with a Northvane Technologies product or service, please contact our support team. We aim to make things right.
Annual subscriptions: If you cancel before the year ends, billing stops going forward. Your account stays accessible until the paid period ends. After that, the account is inaccessible but data is retained for 60 days so you can migrate, export, or set up forwarding. After 60 days, data is permanently deleted except for credentials, backup email, 2FA, and any forwarding config (kept in case you reopen or keep forwarding). You can request full deletion sooner, which also stops forwarding. See our Cancellation Policy for more on timing.
Examples of refunds we may grant:
Monthly or per-user plans: change happens. If you were charged for a month you meant to cancel, or forgot to remove a user, we can refund recent charges. If you tried the service for a short time and it was not a fit, you can have your money back.
